All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags, and returned with their invoice/receipt. If we believe a product has been worn we may refuse the refund. For hygiene reasons, underwear and face masks cannot be returned.

Online Returns

We accept returns for a refund or store credit within 30 days, starting from the day after the product is received.

Refunds take up to 48 hours from the item arriving within the shop, please allow 3 working days from the refund date for this to show in your account.

We do not offer exchanges and instead would ask that you place a new order for the desired item and send the unsuitable product back for a refund.

Postage and packaging will only be refunded if the item is faulty or damaged. Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection. If found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange including return postage up to the cost of £5.00.

In-Store Returns

Items can be returned 28 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Any items must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items can be exchanged for another product, gift card or store credit.

Refunds must be processed using the same method as the initial purchase (ie, back to the same card).

Christmas Returns

We offer an extended returns policy to cover the purchase of Christmas gifts.

Any items purchased after 1st October may be returned for an exchange, gift card or store credit until 21st January.

For a refund our usual policy of 28 days applies.

Items must still be in their original condition with tags and receipt/gift receipt.

Faulty Items

To be classed as faulty, an item must be damaged in a way that cannot be considered standard wear and tear.

Items believed to be faulty will be fully inspected before being accepted and we retain the right to reject any items we do not consider having manufacting discounts.
