Ordering

What size should I buy?

As we stock multiple brands, there is no standard sizing. Customers may return products within 28 days for a refund or exchange.

Can I order by phone?

No, unfortunately this is not a service that we provide as this does not ensure a secure transaction for ourselves and for you as a customer. If you wish to make a purchase with us, our website uses secure payment gateways such as Paypal or alternatively you can shop with us in-store.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Can I click and collect?

Yes, we offer a click and collect service from our Dunfermline store. Simply place your order and select "pick up" at checkout. On collection, our staff will request ID or to see your email confirmation.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom.

Is there a shipping charge?

Yes, unless you live near to our Dunfermline store. The charges are as follows:

Local - Free
UK Standard - £4.50
UK Express - £6.50

(Orders over £150 receive free shipping)

Where do you offer free delivery?

Our free local delivery service covers the majority of South-West Fife. The eligible postcodes are:

- KY3 (Burntisland Area)
- KY4 (Cowdenbeath and Kelty)
- KY5 (Lochgelly and Cardenden)
- KY11 (South Dunfermline and Inverkeithing Area)
- KY12 (City Centre, North and West Dunfermline)

Returns & Exchanges

What is your online returns policy?

Customers have 30 days to return items purchased through our website.

What is your in-store returns policy?

All items purchased in-store can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 28 days. The item must be returned with original tags and in an unworn condition.

What if I recieve a faulty item?

If you belive you have recieved a faulty item please contact us on shop@shmooz.co.uk with photos of the fault and one of our team will get back to you. Alternatively, bring the item into our store, with the reciept, and we will take a look.
