Terms & ConditionsUK RETURNS AND REFUNDS The product must be in its original condition and include all original packaging materials and labels attached. We accept returns in the above condition for exchange or refund within 7 days. We cannot accept the return of used or damaged goods. In the instance of an exchange you are liable for the postage in both directions. £4.00 will be taken off your refund to cover the intial postage. Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection. If found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange including postage. Goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. We will not be responsible for return packages going missing in post. If returning goods we would advise you to use a recorded delivery service.
