A: You can call Shmooz on 01334 473 892 between the hours of 10am
and 5pm, Monday - Saturday.
Q: Is there a delivery charge?
A: For orders over £150 postage and packing is free. Under
£150, postage and packing is £4.
Q: What is the Shmooz returns policy?
A: Products may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of
order being dispatched on completion of the Returns Document
which can be downloaded below. The product must be in its original condition
and include all original packaging materials and labels attached. We will
not accept the return of used or damaged goods. Refunds can only be issued
to the original card holder and card.
Goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. We will not
be responsible for return packages going missing in post. Please note
Royal mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped.
Please note if you want to exchange goods you are liable for the postage
in both directions. If you wish a refund you are liable for the
postage to return the goods and a fee of £4.00 will be deducted
from your refund to cover the initial postage.
Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection.
If found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or
exchange including postage

Q: Can I order by phone?
A: Yes, no problem. You can call Shmooz on 01334 473 892 between
the hours of 10am and 5pm Mon - Sat.
Q: How will I know you received my order?
A: After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email
which will list your ordered items and shipping details as well as
all costs charged.
Q: How soon do I get my order?
A: We use parcelforce 24 so dependant on time order is received
you should receive your order within 48 hours of order being received
Mon – Thu. Orders processed on a Friday will be scheduled for
a Monday delivery. Please allow 3 days before contacting our customer
care.
Q: Is my personal information kept private?
A: Please be assured that we consider all the information you share
with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share,
rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
